Information we collect
When you request a moving review, submit a structure to sell, or join the buyer list, we may collect your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, property and destination details, structure condition, dimensions, budget, timing, photos, and any notes you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate the request, ask follow-up questions, prepare or coordinate a quote, match buyers with available structures, plan access and route reviews, and improve Cowboy House Movers' services. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Who may receive it
Information may be shared with Cowboy House Movers personnel and service providers needed to operate the website or evaluate and perform a project. Project details may also be shared with utilities, permit authorities, engineers, subcontractors, buyers, or sellers when reasonably needed for the requested work.
Calls, texts, and buyer alerts
Submitting a request authorizes Cowboy House Movers to call, text, or email you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Buyer inventory alerts are optional. You can ask to stop those alerts at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting Cowboy.
Photos, security, and retention
Property photos are used for project screening and are stored in a non-public location. No online system is risk-free, but access is limited to legitimate business purposes. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, safety, and legal obligations.
Your choices
To correct submitted information, stop buyer alerts, or ask about deletion, call 512-796-9726. Some information may need to be retained when required for project, safety, accounting, or legal records.
